Will you go out like a lion or a lamb?

March is suppose to come in like a lion and go out like a lamb but the end of March is quickly approaching and definitely going out like a lion! If I recall correctly, it came in like a lamb so naturally, it’s going out with the wind and the cold we have been experiencing. In honor of making it through March, here are a few places to visit and fun activities if you want to go out like a lion or a lamb.

LAMB: Places to visit

The first place to visit if you want to channel your inner lamb is the Chanticleer Garden in Wayne, PA. Ths garden will make you feel like you are in a fairytale and is the perfect place to witness the beginning of spring. You can reflect on life and enjoy the beautiful nature.

Another lamb-esque option is to take a day trip to lancaster! You can begin your morning with a fun brunch at the New Holland Coffee Co. Then finish your day browsing the Lancaster Central Market for a little retail therapy!

Activities

Something fun and different would be to create a new music playlist! It can be relaxing to focus on the sounds you are listening to and fun to explore new genres!

LION: Places to visit

This first Lion activity might be relaxing in essence but celebrates an artist that I would consider to embody the fierceness of a lion. Visit the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, PA and see his bold and exciting artwork!

If you are feeling fierce yourself, head over to Hershey Park for the day! These rides will surely get your adrenaline pumping!

Activities

Nothing seems more lion to me than going axe throwing! Head over to Stumpy’s Hatchet House in Hershey, PA for axe throwing and giant games! This is the perfect thrilling activity to go out with winter and in with spring!

No matter how you are feeling, I hope you find something fun and meaningful to do as we move into a new month. Maybe gardening? April showers do bring May flowers, of course, only if you plant them!
